Job Qualifications:

In order to qualify for the physical therapy position, you MUST have recent experience and have all of your physical therapy credentials and immunizations prior to your first interview. This includes your Colorado State professional license, an American Heart Association CPR card, TB test, MMR immunizations or titers and a physical indicating that you are not currently under any lifting/pushing or pulling restrictions and finally three references from recent supervisors (no peers).

All persons applying for the physical therapy job will also be required to pass a pre-employment written test, background check, drug screen and we will conduct employment verifications.
